Security, Access & Data
Prism is designed to keep access controlled, customer data separated and the boundaries of the platform clear. Here’s how identity, payments, market data and customer information are handled today.
- Sign-in
Sign-in is handled by Clerk, a dedicated identity provider. Prism does not receive or store your password.
- Access by organization and role
Every user belongs to an organization, and access is governed by role. Users without a valid organization assignment are not given access.
Client users work in a separate client workspace limited to searches shared with their organization.
- Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prism does not receive or store card or bank details.
- Data
Prism analyzes more than 100 million healthcare data points across over 33,000 ZIP codes and more than 7.8 million geographically mapped healthcare provider records, incorporating demographic, healthcare, workforce, and market information organized by taxonomy, specialty, and provider classification.
Combined with property-specific and financial information, these insights help users evaluate locations, understand healthcare market characteristics, and compare opportunities with greater confidence.
- AI
Recommendation drafts are generated by AI using the context of the search. AI does not generate Prism scores, and no draft is saved until the advisor reviews it.
- Patient information
Prism is designed for real estate, market and provider-registry data — not patient health information. Patient health information should not be entered into the platform.
Security reviews
